Athletics
Starting at Preschool and Elementary School, the students of École Bilingue Chardin participate in athletics. Long before aiming to perfect and repeat techniques, athletics focuses on practicing three basic actions: jumping, running and throwing. These movements, which are simple for children to learn, allow them to discover sports intuitively while acting as a gateway to all sports disciplines.
Baby athlete
The development of motor skills, coordination, balance, and dexterity all while having fun is the objective of the Baby Athlete at École Bilingue Chardin. Thanks to motor skills courses designed specifically for 3-6 year olds, children regularly practice the fundamental "run-jump-throw" trio at the Chardin campus.
Athletics
From the age of 6, children practice athletics in a facility where—in addition to the fundamentals—the concepts of effort, endurance, concentration, and team spirit are introduced, thanks in particular to relay races. Contrary to emphasizing performance improvement and repetition, the discovery of athletics at École Bilingue Chardin is focused on versatility. Children try all the disciplines, and discover this sport through play.
